I walked in the store and I immediately felt welcomed. It was the first store I went to because of the reviews (thanks Craig!). Though later I checked out sleep train and I didn't get top notch service plus higher prices. I'm so glad I bought my bed from mattress superstore!!! Go here and you'll love it too! I had help from a very friendly gentlemen (maybe the owner or store manager) and he helped me find a perfect bed. Also they have great sales/deals! Very supprised at the difference between places, I first went to a big name store in the mall that was suppose to be an outlet and the salesman didn't even get up from his chair, all I saw were high prices and people that cared more about their computer than me. When I walked into Mattress Superstore I was greeted with a smile.
