We purchased two twin XL mattresses under time constraints because we had guests coming in from out of town. The mattresses we got were regular twin, but within one day, Richard in the St. George store was able to locate the proper size mattresses which were even of better quality and swapped them out for us. They even had to bring them in from Cedar City and picked up the first mattresses and delivered the others at no extra charge.
