I came to the store on a quest for bed for a newly converted guest room. Admittedly, I was early in the learning stages of my search. Richard asked me a series of questions which helped guide us to the best possible bed for my needs. When finished, he walked me to the door and I left feeling like a friend. Richard is not only knowledgeable, he is very skilled at solution-focused brief counseling.
