Would definitely recommend for medical equipment needs. We called and visited looking for a hospital bed mattress and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. And although we had some initial hesitation due to the price difference in the store versus one we found online, Anthony offered to price match which we really appreciated. Anthony (the manager) @ Mattress Store Pasadena was amazing. We were a little hesitant to pull the trigger after walking in as this was the first place we visited on our quest for comfort. Anthony assured us we wouldn't find a better deal anywhere so we went on a stroll to gauge the competition and sure enough - we ended up returning as Mattress Store's price, and service, could not be beat! Anthony price-matched and threw in free delivery and a mattress protector! Thanks!

After shopping for a mattress on various websites and stores, we found this store after we left another mattress store near by. Anthony was super helpful and friendly. We told him what we wanted and he answered all our questions, he’s very knowledgeable about the differences in mattresses. We weren’t planning on buying a mattress the same day but after talking to him we felt confident that we were making a good purchase. We’re looking forward to having our mattress delivered on Tuesday.
