Great service. Gary helped me out a lot, he was super knowledgeable and very helpful (He literally came to my place to investigate an issue) but he told me they will setup the bed and they do not do that apparently. And the wrong frame was provided at first, and the sheets provided don't fit. The frame was replaced with a better one for free which is nice. It'd be all good except the sheets he said can be returned for credit. Credit isn't very useful at this point because they said they don't have replacement sheets and the ... read more
