I was looking for a queen adjustable bed.i have alot of back problems and Shawn was the nicest salesman ever.i tried so many beds and he helped me find the one I wanted..the best part of it you can put it in layaway..Mattress showcase is a family owned business. THEY ARE THERE TO HELP YOU NOT JUST SELL A MATTRESS. I CANT WAIT TO GET IT OUT OF LAYOUT..THANK YOU SHAWN FOR WORKING WITH ME.THANK YOU AGAIN
This is a family owned small business with super customer service. It is so much better than online shopping. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, great prices, excellent value. Excellent experience.
We walked in close to closing time but Shawn still took his time to give us the best service to find what we were looking for. I told him what I liked and didn't like, and he knew exactly which mattresses to point me to. Shawn was attentive, friendly, not sales-pitchy, and even threw in a free set of sheets! Absolutely amazing family-owned business. Definitely the place to go for a quality mattress.
Great people, great follow up, great to work with. Highly recommend stopping in to see them or giving them a call. Probably the best follow up I have ever had on anything!
