I am in the minority here but I have had a bad experience with them. I am sure they mean well, but I bought a mattress from them six years ago and I ended up having to get the box spring replaced three times. The first two times it busted and the third time they sold me an amish crafted one, and a year later a nail started poking through the side of the box spring or foundation which I felt cutting me when I would make my bed and tuck in my sheets on the side. Kevin was fantastic and made my mattress purchases incredibly easy! I moved and needed to buy three new mattresses and box springs. I visited the Mattress Showcase Canton showroom and met Kevin. I initially was going to just try out the beds there and buy them online direct from the manufacturer.
