Wayne was wonderful to work with! He was very very helpful and allowed us to bother him on multiple days as we scouted all the other mattress stores in the area, but in the end we decided Mattress Savvy was the best place to buy a mattress. He proved to know our preferences almost better than ourselves in the end! The entire process of choosing the mattress was so so smooth and Wayne had great insights that we really appreciated hearing. Definitely recommend coming here atleast once when mattress shopping! :)
Wayne is fantastic, 10/10, extremely knowledgeable, very experienced, didn't upsell us at all, gave a slight discount. Actually the most genuine and helpful salesperson I've ever met. Selection was slightly limited but everything was high quality, and he's a dealer for all major brands - and a few other underground secret brands too 🤫
I loved this place, Wayne was incredible and very helpful, he helped me thoroughly and made sure I got the right product for myself. The store was very nice with a lot of variety and Wayne helped me navigate through all my choices! If you need a mattress and need top tier advice come here
My husband and I went shopping for a mattress in Herndon VA since there were three competitors close by to each other. Very seamless process working with Wayne, I even shopped around at the competition (there’s a few mattress stores next to each other), and they all said exactly what he said they would. Wayne knowledge, expertise and personality make buying our mattress fun. Took about a week for the delivery and the team bringing it in was very quick, efficient and respectful. 10/10
