Wayne is great! He has 15+ years of experience in the industry and it definitely shows. He is knowledgeable and delivers exceptional customer service which is an appreciated skill these days. Wayne was wonderful to work with! He was very very helpful and allowed us to bother him on multiple days as we scouted all the other mattress stores in the area, but in the end we decided Mattress Savvy was the best place to buy a mattress. He proved to know our preferences almost better than ourselves in the end! The entire process of choosing the mattress was so so smooth and Wayne had great insights that we really appreciated hearing. Definitely recommend coming here atleast once when mattress shopping! :)
