Good customer service very helpful and friendly.
We tried to go local with our purchase but mattress ranch wouldn’t work any type of promo for us. We had three mattresses to buy and they said only if we bought four mattresses could we get a discount. 🤔 Anyway, we ended up buying from Costco and online and got great mattresses very easily for a good price. All this to say, we would always rather go local! Perhaps consider working with people down the road. And we didn’t expect Costco pricing from a local business.
