I’m usually not one to give negative feedback but I was just absolutely taken back by the interaction we had yesterday. We walked in knowing what type of mattress we were looking for and likely would have ordered to be delivered at a later date. The old guy working there at opening today was rude, pushy, and confrontational. We never leave poor reviews and this was an unhinged interaction. We came in ready to purchase on the spot, just wanted to test some firmness. We knew the size, firmness, and brand we wanted. Instead of listening he was extremely condescending and continually tried to sell us on things we had no interest in. When we explained we had no interest in that, he got defensive and rude. He led us to the perfect mattress for our needs, him and Fred were super accommodating and excellent to work with, it’s refreshing to be in great hands for these types of purchases. You wont find a better store than this location. Bilal offers unbeatable price so you dont need to be aggressive on him. He promised the lowest price for Casper snow and he kept the promise. I highly recommend this store for your 10 yr investment on a bed.
