Ernesto provided amazing service and was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses in store. I left very happy knowing I was taken care of. My husband and I will continue to make any future purchases with them!

The guy at Mattress Plus in Wellington Mall was super nice and provided excellent customer service. I was initially frustrated because of the delivery company’s lack of communication, but he personally reached out, handled everything very professionally, and even gave us extra pillows and sheets to make up for the inconvenience. I really appreciate how kind and helpful he was.
I had a great experience at Mattress Plus. The staff was friendly, patient, and really took the time to answer my questions. Anthony in particular was extremely helpful — he guided me through the options without any pressure and made the whole process easy. I left with a mattress I love and I’m sleeping much better already. Highly recommend!
