We got a last minute call telling us that my mother, who has dementia, needed to come and live with us asap. We did not have a bed for her and rushed out to get one, but it was way past closing time. The owner, Bart, saw us and opened up the store, helped us select a bed, and gave us a fair price. This is customer service. He was patient and kind and we couldn’t have asked for better service.
This store has a large selection of mattresses at every price point. There were enough options that I actually had a tough time choosing. I walked into a different mattress store the day before and did not care for any of the mattresses or prices. We had great customer service here as well.
The service was exceptional and the customer service was very friendly and knowledgeable
Bart was extremely helpful and passionate about finding us a new mattress. He went above and beyond and we are 100% satisfied with our purchase.
So nice lots of options to choose from and really helped my family relocate!
