The same thing just happens to me. I found a The same thing just happened to me. I found a better mattress at a better price elsewhere better bed elsewhere for less price. I called and can't get a refund. I'm totally wasting my money on an inferior product. Consumer have a right to return any product if they are u unsatisfied. I am highly unsatisfied. I will never do business or recommend them to anyone.
At the store, sales associate told me as long as I don't have the mattress delivered I would get a refund. Mattress has yet to be delivered, I found an amazing bed for cheaper, cancelled my order, yet I can't get a refund. Sales associate wont allow me to talk to the owner. Awful business.
