We were looking g for something particular and we found it. So pleased with the service not pushy and left us alone to talk and consider each option also informative and friendly. And the price was very reasonable . However after we paid and set delivery date were then told they manufacture would be closed week of Thanksgiving. So we wait another week. Then 2 weeks. Turns out they haven't paid their bill and couldn't get our mattress til they paid their bill and had already issued us a refund without us ever signing anything... read more

Came into the Beaumont location looking to replace our mattress, which was lost due to flooding. We were met with a smile at the door by Dean. He explained all the features and benefits of a Temper-pedic mattress and let us try them out. We decided to go with a spit King set. Excellent customer service and a great price as well. I wish every buying experience was this pleasant. We really appreciated it. We will reccomend Mattress Overstock to all our friends and family

Mr. DEAN with mattress overstock was a huge blessing today!!! After shoppin around to mattress firm and other mattress places, we were givin super high prices and impossible delivery fees! But Mr Dean hooked us up with an affordable deal, he went above and beyond and made some calls... and our mattress will be delivered TODAY!!!
