The issue is the lack of information/details that are provided to you regarding the (10 year warranty) that THEY include with the purchase of their mattress sets. While purchasing the salesman explained that the warranty could be used at any given moment whenever the mattress was no longer comfortable, had any dips, and/or no longer to your liking, etc and they would replace it FREE of charge.
