PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY! I bought a stern and Foster mattress, which was very soft on the store but hard upon arrival. I tried exchanging it and they told me to wait 30 days for it to soften up. After waking up to back aches for 30 days, I finally exchanged it and had to pay 129.00 exchange fee! If you think that is bad, the sales associate ran my card and told me that there were insufficient funds. I went to the bank and paid him cash. We purchased a mattress and two pillows from mattress 1 in the middle of February on a Sunday. They delivered the mattress the following Tuesday along with the pillows , however they were the wrong pillows. We told the delivery guys and they told us we could just keep them and bring them into the store. (On a side note, they were literally throwing other brand new mattresses into the road to get to ours.
