Disappointed. Went to the store and the customer service was good but it didn't go anywhere past the door. I was told my purchase had a a half and half chance of getting delivered Sunday but not to expect it and I was fine with that. I was told Monday was for sure and promised. It's now Tuesday 7:30pm with no phone calls and no matrees. No follow ups. I cut my Monday and Tuesday short from work to expect a call and delivery but no luck. Wonderful experience! Darius Johnson was awesome in making sure that we would be completely satisfied with our purchase. We purchased 3 mattress sets and they arrived the very next day. Darius was on top of things by calling to make sure that everything arrived as promised. We will definitely be returning for future purchases.
