James served us today, his product knowledge is unsurpassed. We learned a a lot. We previously bought a mattress, and ended up not satisfied with the purchase. Our previous sales associate made a sale only, without sharing any product information. We ended up exchanging/upgrading to one of the higher end beds, and expect to be happy and satisfied for a long time. Thanks again James! No more hardwood floors and yoga mat sleeping required for the wife!
James was the best! He had us in and out in under 30 minutes. Such a great and easy experience. Definitely recommend
