Awful service. They don’t deliver in time. They don’t give you what they promises. Don’t buy here. There is a lot of options.

James served us today, his product knowledge is unsurpassed. We learned a a lot. We previously bought a mattress, and ended up not satisfied with the purchase. Our previous sales associate made a sale only, without sharing any product information. We ended up exchanging/upgrading to one of the higher end beds, and expect to be happy and satisfied for a long time. Thanks again James! No more hardwood floors and yoga mat sleeping required for the wife!

If I could give zero stars, I would. At first, we went to the location in Cypress to check out mattresses. The representative at the store wrote down a phone number on a business card along with the mattress model we were interested in. The next day, I went to the same location. The store was locked, even though it was during business hours (as posted on the store's door), the interior lights were on and the "open" sign was active. I called the phone number written on the business card, and had to leave a voice mail. I waite... read more
