I would rate Mattress One Winter Park as Top Notch. Gary Kaplan the salesman is very knowledgeable, personable, patient, and follows through including delivery. He strives for satisfied customers. I am one of them.

Went into this location (Winter Park) and basically the salesman / manager is a real piece of work. He basically just runs his mouth and brags about the store being family owned and how great they are. Then he discredited Tempurpedic (the mattress I was interested in) he said they were not carrying them anymore along with sealy and only had floor models available, also said they were not a good product anymore.
