Mattress One is an unsatisfactory company Probably one of the worst companies I've dealt with. I ordered a bed that I was told the delivery would take only a "few" days. It's been over a month and I still have not received it. While I have understanding that problems happen in life and with outside vendors, this company is the WORST in customer communications. I don't think they have ever called a customer. The savings were not that much either. I'm sorry for anyone who has to deal with them.
Only care about the sale! I would never do business again with Mattress One @ this location or any of the locations. The sale's rep Natar (manager) clearly advised we can exchange the mattress within 30 days. The day we got the mattress we were unhappy with it. I called him and asked him can we exchange the item. Because it appeared that it was a defect. All of the demonstrations that he showed in the store did NOT work. I explain to him; he then went on to tell me that, the demonstrations that he gave us was on a KING mattr... read more
WONDERFUL PEOPLE I just recently purchased a bed from here, my overall experience when I first went in to the store was good, Shena the store manager was nice, and very informative. We ended up purchasing the Tempurpedic Cloud set with an adjustable base. This could be one of the nicest beds on the planet! My back has been aching for quite some time, and this bed has helped me to untold measure. If you have trouble sleeping, you owe it to yourself to get a new bed. Best Bed EVER!!!!!! I went in to Mattress One about one week ago, and I was pretty upset about this whole mattress buying experience, after dealing with these mattress giant, mattress firm sales personnel, with their pushy sales tactics. So as I walked into the last mattress hell hole on my journey down the road to find the perfect mattress for myself, I prepared myself to kill the sales person if they came at me the wrong way, but to my relief I had the best buying experience one could ever image.
