After initially purchasing a mattress from MATTRESS NOW IN GARNER, NC, the mattress begin, within a few months losing its support, the firmness of it became ultra soft. I am literally sleeping in my recliner or flex room upstairs. This store is selling mattresses and will not stand behind them. The mattress factory said the dealer should understand there is a warranty. Some folks may like their mattresses but they are not also holding up to their warranty from the dealership.
