Let me start by saying the customer service at the store was good the owner Garren gave me a great deal on a mattress the problem on his hand is delivery and lack of communication! I order a mattress about 3 weeks ago I was told that he does not have any mattresses in stock that when someone buys one he has to have someone drive to Houston to pick up. When purchase on a Monday he told me he will try to have it delivered by Friday if not possible than the following Wednesday. I waited an additional 2 days and still no mattres... read more

Take your hard earned money elsewhere like we should have! We bought a queen mattress, boxspring and bed frame. We got a call that it would all be delivered on Tuesday after 6:30pm. We waited and no one showed up so my husband called the owner and left a voicemail. The next day the owner called promising we would have the items delivered that day, which they were. What he failed to tell us is that the delivery guy doesn't actually work for him and had no clue that he was supposed to set up the bedframe and mattresses as stat... read more

In the store the service was amazing but once we left it was terrible. He said our mattress would be delivered in a week, which turned into two weeks then he ignored my calls when i was asking where my bed was. Finally i showed up at the business he said the driver "dropped" it. Said he could have us another one in a week, but we took our money. I wouldnt recomend this place to anyone. I doubt wer ever would have gotten a Mattress had we waited.

Don't trust this guy at all. Paid for mattresses and did not receive all of my merchandise. Now he has closed his doors and turned off his phone. I went there first for the good reviews but all of a sudden things went down hill. I have waited for 3 weeks and this man took my money. I am a single mother and the mattresses were for my kids. Both him and his driver and scam artists.
