First good nights sleep in forever ! We cannot say enough about the amazing experience mattress shopping here. All products are Canadian made and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. And the prices cannot be beat! We planned on comparison shopping but after visiting Mattress Miracle we bought on the spot. We purchased the Reflections Firm. Excellent quality and comfort. We highly recommend!!
Stopped by a couple of weeks ago with my senior parents to check out some mattresses. We were immediately greeted by Talia who is exceptionally, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She listened to all my mums concerns and needs and suggested several options. They happily purchased a mattress and asked about delivery. Not only did they set up the bed and take every part of the old bed away but they donated the mattress to a family in need. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Dorothy was a massive help in store and their deals are unmatched. We’ve bought 3 mattresses from them now and would highly recommend.
I cant say enough. My husband and I went in with a certain budget. Dorothy the sales lady was fantastic. She did not try to upsale us. She worked out the best deal she could for us. She was very personable and fun. Can't wait for my new mattress. We will be looking for more bedroom furniture in the near future and I won't hesitate to go see Dorothy again.
I'm so glad I got my mattress here. From start to finish customer service was wonderful. Delivery was perfect. It was a long time coming and a lot of research but I am very happy with the purchase and process. It was great to move back to town and find somewhere that I could get great customer service. If I need to upgrade my mattress ever again I will definitely consider coming back to the store. My cats are so excited for their new sleeping quarters.
