It’s a long drive but I always find it worth it. The owners are very nice and the selection is very good. Dorothy was always the highlight as she was very patient and very helpful with the decisions. Their pillow selection is also excellent I went there previously for some pillows and they had a wide selection at many different prices. I would recommend them for their attention to detail and how the wonderful interactions you will have there. Definitely would come back again.
Really happy with my order from Mattress Miracle! The pillow arrived exactly as expected and I’ve been using it for a few nights now — I love it. The handwritten thank-you postcard and pen were such a nice personal touch too. Great experience overall, and I’d definitely order from them again.
I didnt get a chance to go to the actual store but I purchased a pillow online and an unfortunate incident happened with the shipment and the way the staff handled and treated me in the situation was really accommodating and supportive and I really appreciated the way i was treated and am happy to support a company with such staff.
I can’t say enough about Mattress Miracle,! Their stuff is amazing, along with the delivery service, it is clearly top-notch! Talia was my sales person, and she was absolutely fantastic, a pleasure to work with! I’m still in my sleep satisfaction time period , and with that you get to make sure that your mattress is right for you if not, you can pick another as long as you have purchased a mattress cover,. I truly appreciate this! I will definitely be spreading the word on this Brantford Family owned business!
Excellent service, prices and quality. Sales lady Dorothy helped me navigate through the different mattresses. they delivered with a crew of three, dismantled my old bed and frame, hauled it away, brought in my new one and assembled it for me.
