I purchased a mattress a while back and it's been great up until a few months before the 10 yr warranty came due. I submitted all required paperwork and pictures to Mattress Mattress and they said they would submit it for warranty exchange for me. Things seemed to be going well so far. When I checked in on the status of my claim, the employees told me they had to send my issue to someone higher up in the company, but not why.
