Over the last 10 years we have always bought mattress from Mattress Mattress. The staff are very knowledgable and helpful with your decisions to purchase the right mattress. The pricing has always been competitive. However twice in the past ten years the mattress failed. Both times the staff made it as easy as can be to complete the warranty process and we got them both replaced for only a minimal delivery fee. Knowledgeable staff. Ana was very helpful. Unfortunately they use third party moving companies to deliver their products. Initial delivery was scheduled for the following week which was delayed when they couldn't find another delivery company to get it to us.
I had a great experience thanks to Sam. She was incredibly kind and helpful while helping me choose the right mattress. She patiently answered all my questions, made sure I felt confident in my choice, and even arranged a smooth delivery on the same day. Everything went perfectly and I’m so happy with my new mattress. Thank you for going above and beyond!
