Made 4 phone calls to different stores looking for a mattress. From the customer service experience on the phone we decided this was the place that we wanted to support. Once we got to the store we were not surprised but very impressed that the customer service experience simply continued. Next time I'm looking for a mattress I won't need to call ahead because I know where I will go.
