Much more than a Beducation experience! Vanessa was above and beyond for not only her knowledgeable and professional etiquette, but her down to earth, wonderful, friendly disposition and nature. This is a tough review to write. As a born and raised Edmontonian, supporting local and Canadian businesses is important to us. We received a bed-ification from Bonita and it was wonderful, her patience, her expertise, etc,. We ended up purchasing. The problem now lies with the company policies, namely, that every bed sold is guaranteed to have not been slept in. This sounds like a competitive advantage but it is not. We were acknowledged immediately as we walked into the store by the only sales person that was there at the time. She was helping another customer that was there before us. She told us she will be with us shortly. We browse around. As soon as she was done with the other customers she greeted us and we learned that her name was Vanessa. She was lovely and knowledgeable. A Dream Experience -- Literally! After visiting a few other mattress stores and feeling overwhelmed by aggressive sales tactics, walking into Mattress Mattress was like a breath of fresh air. Right on their wall it says, “We don’t believe in being pushy—unless you’re on a swing.” That set the tone perfectly.
