We had a wonderful experience with Roger. He was extremely knowledgeable about mattresses and pillows and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. He never rushed us, and even stayed at work until 6:30 p.m. to help us, although the store normally closes at 6:00. We can’t say enough good things about this team at Mattress Mattress, and Vanessa especially. After we realized we’d made the wrong choice on a mattress, Vanessa was patient, listened to what we actually needed, and truly took care of us. She went so far above and beyond for us, and it’s rare to find someone like this these days. She genuinely cared about getting us into the right mattress. We flooded and the whole thing has been so stressful. Logan was awesome and helped with all of the insurance quoting immediately, and arranged to have our new bed delivered at a time that works for us.
