Friendly knowledgeable. Like the physical store to buy from to figure out preference. Sale was perfect timing to buy. This is my second purchase, satisfied customer!
Dallas was very knowledgeable and friendly. Says right on their wall in the store, " we dont believe in pushy, unless you're on a swing" excellent customer service and education, without the usual " pushy salesman" stereotype. Would reccommend.
Marlene, the store manager, has been my contact. She is so knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and generous. They have many different price points in both mattresses, box springs, head boards, adjustable beds, bedding, pillows and more.
