The building is genuinely beautiful. Big, bright, well laid out with interesting exposed rafters, bowling alley floor, and pleasant feel; a real asset to Taos. I wish the way they treat customers matched it. Before my mother bought anything, she asked directly about returns. Later, Eve, the salesperson, told her by phone that Taos Lifestyle has a 120-day return policy. I was present and heard it myself. I recently bought some new sheets, the sage green bamboo from Cariloha, and I absolutely love them. Once they go in the wash, I put them right back on. The quality is fantastic, great price point, and I liked that I got to feel them in person before buying them. Highly recommend!
