Friendly and helpful staff...we dealt with Cam. They take their time with you, and let you feel the mattresses you're interested in. No high pressure sales! We even said we were going to check out some other places, and Cam said it was no problem, he said he would be here when we came back. Pricing was good, and so was setting up delivery. Friends who just bought a mattress recommended Mattress Mart and I was not disappointed. My mattress was quite old but most people do not realize 1) that a mattress should be replaced every 8 years at least or 2) that they might be sleeping on the wrong type of mattress (too hard or too soft) depending on their sleep position.
