Salesman was very helpful and didn't try to oversell us. Delivery was quick (1 week from when we went to the store) and the mattress is very comfortable so far (Kingsdown). Would buy there again.
Mark at Mattress Mart was wonderful. I had two visits, one as only customer and he was so helpful. He knows his stock well and listened to my issues. The second visit it was very busy and he floated among his customers never leaving anyone unattended even if it was just an acknowledgment. All my mattresses are from this location.
Second time I have purchased from Mattress Mart in Kanata. Shoutout to Mark for helping my 87 year old mother find what she needed. No pressure, friendly staff, appreciated the bottle water, in, and out, in less than half an hour, can’t recommend them enough. Regards, A. Oram
Excellent experience, start to finish. The woman who helped me was attentive, showed me options, listened to my preferences, and didn’t try to upsell me. The delivery was super. The guys came on time, brought everything in and had it set up within 5 minutes. I’d highly recommend this store for mattresses and accessories.
Excellent sales person delivery persons were on time great dealing with them take care of our property very fast in setting up will use this store again
