My wife and I purchased our new mattress at the Kalamazoo store. Our salesman was a wonderful gentleman by the name of Guss (not a typo). He was very informative, with an ample side dish of humor. My wife and I stopped in Friday evening to check on a mattress set for our spare bedroom and were helped by Guss Morey. He was a great help explaining the different price levels and differences in the type of mattress sets we were looking at. We made a purchase that night. I absolutely love walking into this store! The sales staff are always nice, always accommodating, very knowledgeable about there product, and will tell you straight. There is never any pressure to buy. Nor will they try to direct you to the most expensive mattress. My family has relied on them for my son's as they got older and taller Mattress Mart could always accommodate a solution at a great price. Gus and his son are very knowledgeable in the business, polite and not pushy,and the shipping, installation was over and done with in 5 minutes,they knew what they were doing!
