Terrible service. Avoid this store
We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Ben at mattress mall, and I must say, the service was perfect and Ben was knowledgeable and polite,we are thoroughly impressed. We purchased the mattress and have been using it for the past three months. highly recommend .
A negative experience to say the least. Since the ownership changed this place has become one to avoid while shopping for home goods. New owner, the miserable Iranian bald obese man that's nervously always smoking cigarette's in front of the property seemingly has mental health issues. This place used to be staple for home goods in Richmond hill, since ownership changed the quality of products as well as management has completely deteriorated.
