Nicole was a wonderful person to cater to my sleep needs. Her character and professional attitude was wonderful! Compared to other mattress locations, this location has overall given me the best experience allowing me to try out mattresses w/o discomfort. Also with Nicole’s knowledge for me to find better sleep I was able to narrow down a final decision :)
An associate at Mattress Land in Clovis sold me the incorrect size on a foundation box spring I purchased. I could not make the bed too short. They will not exchange. I am out $500. Leave the plastic on and make sure you love your mattress or beware. Competitor Mattress Firm in Clovis will take back and charge a restock fee but at least you get most of your money back. Be careful.
I received personal and wonderful help. After stopping at many other stores, I found exactly what I wanted. Thank you mattress land!
