Small store with somewhat limited selection in a strip of stores. Salesman was somewhat pushy for my tastes.
I bought a mattress about three weeks ago at Mattress King in Mt. Juliet. I had seen it at another store, but Mattress King had the best price and free delivery and haul away. John, the salesperson I talked to, seemed more familiar with the type of sales Serta sometimes offered. When I came in the second time, he said if the order was placed by a certain time that evening, I could get it delivered in three days. Our salesperson, Pam Miller, was very informative and led us to the perfect mattress for my wife and me....and gave us a great price! Excellent place to shop for a mattress!
I visited Mattress King in Lebanon, TN today and was completely amazed at the lack of help and customer service. All three workers in the place sat there without even offering any help while one of the employees just laid on a mattress the majority of the time. Just my two cents for what it is worth but I will not visit again nor will I buy from this location.
