I bought a mattress from here at a great deal, but the delivery service is terrible. They didn't call to let me know they could not arrive at the scheduled time and didn't even arrive the following day or day after. Also the store would not answer the phone when I called to ask why. So the 2 stars rating is for the good deal but bad service. Buy from them, but bring your own vehicle to take your mattress home.
Do not buy a tempurpedic mattress from this store. If you do not like it, you can't return it. You can trade it for something of equal value but as this is the most expensive mattress in the store there is nothing to trade with. Buy direct from the manufacture. They will take it back if you don't like it. But Mattress King will not take it back. They could if they wanted to but they will not. They could have sent it back to the manufacture and I would have gladly paid the shipping but the manager refused. I had a couple of f... read more
