Great Service, I took my parents 88 and 90 Yrs Old, Ken was so paciente and helpful with my parents and I. He was very acknowledgeable with the different products that we were very helpful with the selection. Jeff, the other associate was also very helpful.. my parents and I had a great experience.
Dave gave us great customer service! He was very knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy at all! He helped us make a great decision to buy our mattress.

Bought a mattress during the labor day sale. We went to NFM first, but found a mattress we like better at a better price point at MattressFirm. Kenji assisted us with the sale and was very honest and knowledgeable.
