David was great and my experience was amazing!
Highly recommend this location solely based on the fact that Kenji works there. The man is an expert in all things mattress, with a rare combination of encyclopedic knowledge and an attitude that fosters confidence in the mind of the potential mattress purchaser. Truly remarkable. I will certainly purchase my next bed at a Mattress Firm, unless by that time Kenji has his own mattress empire, in which case I will make a purchase from him.
I had an excellent experience with Kenji. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He helped me compare several mattresses and explained the differences in a clear and helpful way. He also made sure I could use the $200 Instant Gift very well. I ended up purchasing the Sealy Posturepedic Elite Hybrid High Point II 14" Firm mattress. Great service and a very smooth buying experience.
