Ken was absolutely great.
Kenji was AWESOME!!! He told us all the info we needed to know in order to make the right choice on a mattress!! We are SO excited to receive our new bed!! This was a super easy process and i would 100% recommend Kenji to anyone shopping for a new bed!!
Update 1/31/2026 We purchased again from Mattress Firm and David provided outstanding service. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for at the price we were looking for without being aggressive or pushy toward a certain brand or price. This is our second time buying from this location and it has the same consistently great customer service. Bravo 👏 Derek was extremely helpful in helping us find a mattress. The price was less than we expected to pay. Would absolutely recommend Mattress Firm.
Ken and Kenji were great! They both listened to my needs and advised me on the best mattress and base that would work for me. I’m super excited about my purchase and I recommend you ask for Ken or Kenji next time you need a bed!
