We had some issues due to the mattress manufacture sending us the wrong mattress, then a defective one, plus some other issues. Arthur, the owner, helped us get a refund so we could buy a different mattress and got us a credit from the manufacture to make up for all the issues we had. While it was not an ideal situation, they took care of us.

Arthur and Mattress Inn has been here and will continue to be here for the long haul in the Spring Hill community. This top notch experience extends way beyond the mattress purchase (which he is an expert on the latest and greatest sleep technology by the way), The icing on the cake is he also has invented and patented a custom-made pillow building experience on premises; called Fill-Station.

I have been waiting for over a month for my refund on a mattress that I canceled and never took delivery on. The owner Arthur told me that I would receive a refund check in the mail in 10 days. Well those 10 days have come and gone about 3 times over and I still haven’t received my over $1300 back. Have called several times and spoken with Arthur and he kept saying that the check had been mailed out. Which I believe to be a lie.
