We've always had excellent service and good deals on their higher end products. My husband and I have been shopping there for almost as long as they've been open and have never been disappointed with the products. If you have no qualms working with "good ol' boy" mentality, these guys are a bit quirky, but we've enjoyed doing business with them for years.

After the sale, customer service goes away. Don't be like me and get pulled in by the cheap prices, you have been warned.

Good prices...weird owners. What's up with that hair. We'll see how matress quality holds up.

I have yet to contact this same company but I am also having the same issue. My mattress is 6 months old and it is also starting to sag and every time my boyfriend moves I roll towards him not to mention if our baby is in bed with us he will completely roll a 360. I feel like this is very hazardous especially having a new born. I am calling Steve first thing in the morning and will repost with a response to what he says about this issue.
