What happened to the Store in Ann Arbor? There was a MGR there his name was Mike. I am looking for a new mattress and I want to deal with him, He was the best retail sales man and want to give him my business. Please tell me what store he is running now. I dont know what M is talking about. These guys did everything they said they would. They worked around my schedule and replaced my mattress. It took about two weeks from call to replacement and I felt that was more than reasonable! Thank you Tom you were great!

I bought a Serta Mattress from Mattress and Futon Shoppe on 7-27-08. My Mattress is coming apart in the weaving of my mattress at the bottom of it. I contacted the store where I bought it from and spoke with Scott and he told me just to keep a sheet on and it and you won't see it. So I called the main office at 12303 Delta St in Taylor. Mi 48180 phone # 734-946-9100 and spoke with Tom who came over and took pictures of my Mattress with his cell phone camera. He said it looked like it was shipped from Seta like this.
