Scott went to infinity and beyond to source our new electric 2 seater reclining entertainment lounge....excellent customer friendly service...would highly recommend Scott to look after all of your furniture needs.
Scott is absolutely wonderful he has such a warm bedside manner not pushy and even answered my phone after hours. He kindly delivered my mattress to a friend in a bad situation financially straight away as she was without a bed so she didn't need another night without a mattress to sleep on. I would absolutely deal with him without a doubt or blink of an eye, his not a pushy sales person and will go above and beyond to assist. Bad customer service, poor quality furniture. $2000 couch, After only 12-15 months it starting peeling and they would not fix it. Suggested using a texture to colour it in. Go somewhere else if you want your furniture to last.
This is by far the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. The supposed owner of the store (old man) absolutely disrespected me and my loved ones and kicked me and my children out because they were crying. JUST CRYING!!!
I was having a great day with my partner and we decided to have a rest in this store with their lovely comfortable couches. I was rudely approached by the old man TWICE, we were asked to leave because we were “blocking the way” for other customers. We were the only ones there!!!! This is outrages and bad for your business!!!
