We had a slight problem with a sofa, Scott was out straight away & had the factory replace the springs. We were very impressed with the service when we were choosing the sofa & even more impressed with fantastic service we received. Sofa fixed with a smile, & quickly returned. Will certainly reccommend Scott & his Mattress Furniture Outlet. An update! Sofa had minor problems way outside of warranty, called Scott & he arranged for a local tradesman to fix it.
