Don't do it I started about 10 years ago buying a mattress here lifetime warranty after about 3 years it was sagging seriously in the middle they came out and didn't inspection and said it didn't meet warranty requirements I told him I was going to bring the mattress and drop it off in front of the store and go buy a new one elsewhere, He had me come down with the mattress and warrantied it out for another mattress This mattress was more and I had to pay above which I gladly did here we are and year four with the onyx mattre... read more
I cannot say enough about how WONDERFUL BOB was. We went in to just look around and ended up leaving with a new mattress, a great deal, and a huge smile thanks to Bob. He was so kind, informative, and made the whole experience so positive. I cannot recommend him or this location enough. I would give him ten stars if I could!
Came here looking for an affordable set since the other budget stores are no longer budget stores. Bob was great, very relaxed old school salesman helped me quickly find the firm mattress for stomach sleepers that I need at the price I wanted. He said it would take a couple weeks for it to soften up a little and he right on the money. 8 months later and the bed is holding up just fine.
