I met a great and caring representative who took the time to explain about the various mattresses and their prices. She listened to what I wanted and allow me to lay on them, then advise me on which mattress to buy that would be helpful for my specific condition. I believe her patience helped me to take my time in choicing the right mattress. She stressed the importance of getting a good night sleep and taking care of myself. I am very happy with my purchase.
