Easy peasey, as we bought our old mattress from SLEEP TRAIN, and liked it a lot. On 2/9/26, I called Katy at the Rancho store. She told me she was an old “SLEEP TRAINER”. She explained that our mattress had been improved. We bought it! EASY PEASEY!
We had the best experience with Katie. She was patient and kindly explained the different product types to us as we searched for the perfect mattress until we found the right one. Thank you for everything Katienn

Great experience. Staff extremely helpful and humorous. Came in for another sheet set, she looked up my prior purchases, bam. Received my sheet set and done.
