I recently left a review expressing my displeasure with getting denied for a warranty claim on a matress I purchased previously. Shortly after I was contacted by the store manager Brian Allen and he was quick to take corrective action and make sure I was reimbursed with store credit. I can say I'm a satisfied customer again and would consider purchasing from them in the future. Shout out to Ross and Ozzy for working with me through the process as well. It's nice to see that some stores take their reputations seriously!
Brian helped my wife and I pick out a mattress. We had a great experience he narrowed it down pretty quickly and helped us find something in our price range. We would recommend them and go back again when we are in need of another mattress.
