Worked with Brian on finding a new mattress. With information we told him about our sleeping style he systematically presented different technology options that we did. It know existed. Once we found the bed technology we preferred, he showed us various features and price options the fit of needed. Very helpful and good shopping experience.
Got denied on my warranty claim even though the matress blew out aft only 4 years of use. I don't feel like a minor stain should excuse the fact that the matress is shitty.
Ross at the Yakima location has been a pleasure to work with and one of the best salespeople I have ever worked with at any company. He was willing to take care of anything than we needed and give us the best deal to make sure we are happy. We have purchased three mattresses across two purchases, and even came back without a second thought to buy our sheets and pillows.
