The Young Man that attended me , did a great job, showed me everything,, Took his time very polite,, I had a problems with the paperwork and he explained it me I didn't listen. I went back and he showed me what I did wrong. I apologied to him ,, very good staff.

Ross was very helpful when I was shopping for a replacement of our current mattress. I went in once for information with no pressure sale, then returned at a later date for purchase. He asked questions of what I needed to help me choose the right mattress, and I felt like I made an informed choice. I was happy with the customer service, a rare thing to find anymore.
