Brian helped us when we walked in and made the process easy. He asked some questions and had us try a few mattresses. He was very knowledgeable and we didn’t feel overwhelmed or pressured. Overall easy experience and we’re happy with our purchase.
Staff is great. Helpful very knowledgeable. They don’t rush you. They don’t push you into anything you don’t want. I had a very relaxing time of trying out mattresses. There was no pressure of purchasing the highest price. Just find what is comfortable.
I purchased an adjustable bed (adjustable base and mattress) to aid in handling my medical issues/pain. I am very thankful that Brian was the salesman who helped me. Purchasing a new bed was an expensive gamble. Brian’s understanding of my limitations and which mattress might best help made all the difference.
