We purchased a Beauty Rest mattress for our guest room and the mattress completely failed. The mattress was only a few years old and was not slept on regularly and the manager of the store acknowledged that they are no longer carrying the mattress because of the poor quality. The manager offered us 20% off the new mattress which has not been honored. Early arrival on a Monday. They sleep comfort manager showed us the alternatives and describe the terms and conditions succinctly.
Excellent service. The store associate was friendly and helpful. Was kind enough to pull out mattresses for me to try out. Checked us out quickly, suggested sheets, and mattress cover too. Would definitely go back there again. Thanks!
