I have bought so many beds in the last several years for my own home, my sons who are leaving the nest and my parents; Mattress Firm is always my go-to. Mel was a very focused, well-informed and pleasant support for us as we selected a bed for our son who moved into a small studio apartment. He looked for ways to save us money and think creatively and pragmatically until we found the right option. Thanks Mel for a pain free appointment that took about 40 minutes from start to finish.

My GF and I stopped by Mattress Warehouse Bethesda this past week and we were helped by the store manager, Sam Rasheed. I want to acknowledge Sam for the time and care he took to ensure that he matched us with the best product offering for us by comparing and contrasting several different mattress offerings (e.g., the different ways they were constructed along with their features and benefits). From the moment I walked into Mattress Firm (Wisconsin Ave Bethesda) to look at mattresses and frames until they were delivered and set up on the date I requested, the shopping experience was the best I have ever had!!!
