I’ve had two great experiences here now. First with Woody when I got a twin bed a few months ago and now with Erick. Both took great care of me and answered all of my questions. I felt they were educated and I did not feel rushed or pressured. Highly recommend this store as the level of customer care is top quality.

The salesman, Erick was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He took time to assist me , although I was only buying a pillow this time . The customer service was great , but the pillow is not! The Sleepys deluxe charcoal pillow is very uncomfortable and I do not recommend. The Sleepys cooling pillow I had was before was amazing , but apparently it’s been discontinued. Of course, no fault of the salesman and I would definitely go back next time I need a new mattress.
