We are very pleased with our mattress purchase. Sam was very knowledgeable. She walked us through all the different options, styles, pricing, benefits, and downsides of each of the mattresses. She was very friendly and accommodating as we flopped from mattress to mattress. She was able to explain the pricing very carefully, including the price match and the option for cash returns when they have special sales for the next year.
