Every employee I've interacted with at this store has been amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. No matter what your sleep routine or budget looks like, they do a great job finding a mattress that works for you. I recommend going into the store and talking to them as opposed to reading hundreds of mattress reviews online. Or do both! But buying from MF has its perks. They often host great deals and their policies are really nice.
I ordered the wrong sized mattress. The salesperson I spoke with at Willow Lawn was wonderful and created a seamless experience!
This was a great experience overall for me. I walked in and I was greeted by Bob, he was very kind and immediately started gathering details regarding my price range, how I prefer to sleep, soft/firm preference. I was lucky enough to find a mattress well below my price range that felt perfect. He also was able to add on a free electric inclining/reclining bed frame for a promotion they still had from labor day which is so cool!! Bob is a great salesman showe me all about mattress firms own mattresses.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable when I went in to look around. Everything from start to finish was seamless. Purchased the mattress on a Monday, and it was delivered promptly that Wednesday. They provide you a 2hr delivery window the night before and on the day of you can even track the delivery truck. Great experience
