Great customer service.
The person I bought from today was hesitant to help me at first why I don’t know but I mentioned that I was there already and some with Michael. This person acted as if I was lying and confirmed with another sales person if I was there previously. I get that all of you make money off of commission but that was weird ! He was more interested in whomever walked in the door rather than help my son and I . I actually had to pull the mattress out and put it on the floor for my son to try . I didn’t think I should have done that .... read more
