Hamed was AWESOME!! We were literally in and out of the store in a half hour with exactly the mattress we wanted at exactly the price we wanted to pay, he could not have been nicer. We found a web coupon for $100 which he was psyched about for us - and it’ll be here tomorrow. YES!!
Excellent customer service from the door to the installation of our new adjustable bedding. I am extremely happy with the purchase. Mike was knowledgeable and assisted us in making the best choice for our lifestyle.
Service at the store was good however I declined them the set up mattress charge and being the delivery was “free” they dropped it on my front lawn and left. No knock on door or anything. Good thing it wasn’t raining or snowing outside.
Mike was very professional and personable. He was attentive to my pain and why I needed the mattress I chose. They also have a great selection of quality mattresses. Its a chance to spoil yourself with comfort.
